Blog - very solid advice. <br />I think you should add something about drinking at least 8 glasses of water a day. 2 glasses first thing AM and 2 before the next 2 meals and 1 with each meal. It really helps fill you up plus you spend so much time in the bathroom you have less time to eat!<br />Reading a terrific book about emotional overeating with a great title, "LIFE IS EASY.
